fancy hat

Do you think the US Department of Agriculture is the only Cabinet department where it’s totally acceptable to wear a cowboy hat in your official photo? If I were in homeland security I’d wear one too.

I recommend pairing this with the bird necklace be balance. With a hat that size, you’d get the sense everyone was staring at the top of your head. Balance it with a necklace and people will be back to staring at your chest. :)
