calling card

I am considering new personal calling cards…..here is the prototype:

I always wonder whether jokes on business cards come off as too egotistical, but I hate serious business cards–so boring. Any thoughts? Also, this includes a reference to a famous obituary, which I think is funny but is not really.

I personally love this kind of thing. Asa gift for an ex once, I got him cards that said

    Firstname X. Lastname
    “I like pie.”

And some of my friends have cards with their name and number, and Parents of Josephine (their kid). When you have kids, they do work as a networking tool.

    You should make some cards!

I’m all over the funny calling cards. I already have: “Millionaire Philanthropist” and “Posing Somdomite.” That came from being bored at my temp job and having access to business card software.

I also want to make “Yachtsman,” “Independently Impovrished,” and “Arbiter of Taste.” The boy just suggested “Junior of Zion”.

kids: networking so you don’t have to.

hmm can you guys think of something better than this…?

is using Dewey or LC numbers for odd items too extreme? too dorky? redundant?
